Kirstie is a qualified social worker with experience in operational and strategic management, including referral and assessment, child protection, looked after children and court work.

Kirstie is passionate and committed to child protection and all safeguarding matters as well as working in partnership to ensure children’s safety and wellbeing. She is a manager with proven skills in performance management, mentoring, training, and appraisal of social workers. She excels in her ability to articulate a clear vision that engages individuals at a level they can identify with and has experience in leading and embedding complex change and improvement programmes.
