Carly Beadle
Social Worker
Carly is a qualified Social Worker, specialising in Child Protection and Safeguarding practice. She has experience within Referral and Assessment, Safeguarding, Court Work, working with Care Experienced Children and working with Mothers and Children who have experienced domestic abuse. Carly has practiced social work within both England and Scotland and has delivered therapeutic group work programmes to children and their mothers who have experienced domestic abuse; providing a joint approach for child and mother to achieve healing and recovery together.
Carly has experience in frontline, operational and strategic management and is passionate about ensuring the voice of the child is heard. Carly has a particular interest in understanding domestic abuse and its impact on families and outcomes for children. Carly is a visible and personal leader, who values integrity and accountability within the relationships around her. Carly brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience within the children’s social care sector.
