Chickenshed is an inclusive theatre company for all ages and run successful outreach projects, education courses and membership programmes throughout the year. It’s a registered charity.

Performance is at the heart of everything and diversity and performance as a vehicle to communicate with audiences and tackle topical social issues is celebrated. Chickenshed changes lives by bringing young people from all social and economic backgrounds, cultures and abilities together to study creatively alongside each other, many of whom have been marginalised by society and excluded from mainstream educational settings.

Our partnership with Nib Shared Vision engages and educates children and young people about relevant social issues through the power of performance, creative arts and active participation in safeguarding workshops.

Social Personnel are one of the largest suppliers of staff to the public sector across both children's and adult social care. They offer tailored resourcing solutions from individuals through to whole teams, on a temporary or permanent basis.

Individual divisions within the company support staff from support workers and social workers, through to all levels of management as well as having a distinct focus on senior leaders and executives.
