'I recently attended a workshop on conducting victim interviews, delivered by Nib Shared Vision. The training was highly professional, reflective, and thoughtfully facilitated. It offered an interactive environment and created a safe space for us to explore the lived experiences of children and young adults, allowing their voices to be heard and understood.

The insights gained will directly inform my preparation and practice. I will apply this learning to ensure that my interviews remain victim-centred, attentive to both verbal expressions of concern and non-verbal cues or behaviours that may form part of an allegation.'
